In late 2012, Roy and Heather, a husband a wife team, set out to make their hobby a reality.  What started as cooking meals in their friends homes on the weekends for fun and to escape to monotony of their 9-5’s turned into a passion fueled business. 

Fast forward to present day, Mercado is a full service catering company and food truck that believes in the importance of supporting local vendors, the quality of seasonal food and giving back to our community.  They serve upscale seasonal food in an approachable fashion.  You are going to love the flavors coming out of this Span-ish" truck!
