The NWCT Arts Council invites you to join the featured tour artists (Winsted & New Hartford) and fellow tourists to celebrate the first day of the Open Your Eyes Studio Tour! Featuring live music, a food truck, and fantastic craft beer by Brewery Legitimus! Free & open to the public!
