Building out...

We have been spending the winter getting everything ready for the brewery buildout. We now know more than we have ever wanted to know about commercial building codes and zoning requirements. All super important stuff, and necessary for getting us in the space and ready to brew excellent beer. The brewhouse and tanks are on theirway to us as well. We have been dreaming of stainless steel for months now. We can not wait to see it in the space!

In the meantime we have been spending nights and weekends building beautiful farmhouse tables and piloting recipes. Imagine you and your closest friends huddled around these handcrafted tables with pints or flights of Legitimus beer. Add some yummy nosh from home or takeout from one of your favorite local restaurants and a board game and you've got the perfect evening out!

An update on timing for the opening. Based on our buildout schedule and required federal and state regulatory approvals we're aiming for a June opening. Warm weather and cold beer. It will be here before you know it.
